The Christmas fair "THE CHRISTMAS STORY of bibliotheque" is being held from November 10th to December 25th at all Cafe & Books Bibliotheque stores and Kichijoji Tartart. Offering Christmas desserts that look and taste unique.

・ Christmas "raw" chocolate blanc
Franboise confiture is trapped in the "raw" chocolate cream filled with the deep richness of cacao and the fluffy airy chocolate cream Mont Blanc. Chocolate and sweet and sour Franboise that make use of the aroma of cacao match. The elegant and gorgeous sweetness spreads throughout your mouth.


For the product, the chocolate bar "HIGH CACAO" from the chocolate specialty store "Minimal -Bean to Bar Chocolate-" is luxuriously used. The crunchy cocoa bean texture, which is a characteristic of specialty chocolate that minimalist expresses with bean to bar, gives Montblanc an accent. The price is 1,500 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

・ "Raw" milky cream pancakes Strawberry butter sauce
Sandwich a generous amount of custard between fluffy pancakes, topped with smooth "raw" milky cream and fresh strawberries. Enjoy while sprinkling strawberry butter sauce with a rich buttery scent. The price is 1,700 yen.


・ "Raw" strawberry cream shortcake
A shortcake filled with plenty of fresh strawberries in a flavorful cream that is a mixture of custard cream and butter. The crunchy texture of graham crackers is the overall accent. The price is 920 yen.


・ "Raw" caramel and pear bush de Noel
A smooth brulee made with sweet and sweet scented tonka beans, with a bittersweet caramel mousse and plenty of pear as an accent, coated with "raw" caramel. Enjoy Christmas at Bush de Noel, which is a little more mature than usual. The price is 850 yen.


・ Main “raw” Christmas plate to choose from
A Christmas dessert plate where you can choose either fair shortcake or Bush de Noel as the main sweets. It is offered in 3 types of plates, including "Chocolate Parfait" topped with gateau chocolate, which is a plate-only dessert, and "Mille-feuille Ice Sandwich", which is a bold sandwich of ice cream and praline cream. The price starts from 1,500 yen.
