KOMENUKA

KOMENUKA" is an upcycling initiative in which rice bran from "Tono No. 1" rice grown without pesticides and fertilizers by Kaname Toonoya is reused to create chocolates with a mild flavor. It is said to be aimed at increasing rice consumption and contributing to the continuation of rice cultivation, a traditional Japanese culture.

The ingredients, which include vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber, are aged for eight years. It is combined with white chocolate made from Haitian cacao for a gentle sweetness. It is said that the sweetness of the white chocolate and the soft sweetness of the rice bran can be felt.

KOMENUKA -FRUITY-

KOMENUKA -FRUITY- is also made with rice bran from Tono No. 1. It is a dark chocolate with the youthful fruitiness of cacao and the soft sweetness of rice bran.
