Baked Eel Salt Ramen" is now available at Sushiro. This menu item, supervised by Takahashi, will be available in limited quantities from September 14 and will end as soon as it is sold out. The price is 440 yen (tax included, same below). However, some stores will sell it for 451 yen and 462 yen.

Sushiro Yakiago Shio Ramen

Yakiago Shio Ramen Takahashi was created in Shinjuku, Tokyo in 2015. The ramen is characterized by the use of grilled sardines, which have been used as dashi in Niigata, Kyushu, and other regions. The "Yaki-ago Shio Ramen" available at Sushiro this time also combines a seafood broth made with fragrant grilled sardines and a pork bone-based broth. The addition of rich grilled cod roe oil adds an aromatic flavor to this mildly flavored salt ramen.

It is said that customers can enjoy the mellow taste of grilled abalone with the impact and luxurious aftertaste typical of "Takahashi". This product is not available at To go specialty stores such as "Sushiro To Go" and "Kyotaru Sushiro". The number of items sold per day is limited.
