The "Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc" is made with aromatic Mont Blanc cream made from Takachiho chestnuts produced in Miyazaki Prefecture and wrapped with sweet Japanese chestnuts from Ehime Prefecture. The rich taste of Japanese ingredients is said to be enjoyable. The size is 7.5 x 16 cm and the selling price is 3,200 yen (excluding tax, shipping and cool delivery charges, same as below).

Italian Chestnut Mont Blanc

The "Mont Blanc with Italian Chestnuts" is made with fresh cream with marron glacé, which is concentrated sweetness of chestnuts, layered with aromatic whole Italian chestnuts, and decorated with extra-fine Mont Blanc cream with three kinds of marron pastes. 2mm ultra-fine Odamaki mouthpiece is used, and the pastry chef hand-squeezes the air into the mouth. The pastry chef hand-rolls the cream to create a smooth texture and aromatic chestnut flavor. The size is 7.5 x 16 cm and the selling price is 3,000 yen.
