Sushiro Café Department has introduced a limited-time melon flavor to its popular Catalana Ice Brulee. To match the rich taste and texture of the Catalana, red melons from Hokkaido with a mellow sweetness and aroma are carefully selected. By using less sugar, the original sweetness of the red melon is preserved.
