Excelsior Cafe Morning

Set Morning set is available until 11:00 am. Set drinks (S size) include coffee, iced coffee, espresso coffee, tea (M size only), and iced tea. +Café latte, iced café latte, milk, and iced milk can also be selected for +20 yen.

Contains goods and other items made in collaboration with "FOOD TEXTILE," a company that reuses discarded foodstuffs in the fashion industry. 4,900 yen, 3,900 yen, and 1,000 yen.

An espresso drink made with precious domestic hundred-flower honey. In addition to honey, condensed milk is added to the base to give it a body that rivals espresso. The gentle sweetness of this drink makes it a relaxing drink even in the cold winter months.

Two-layer cheesecake - Baked & Rare -

This cheesecake is inspired by snow. The bottom layer is a rich, mouthwatering baked cheesecake, while the top layer is a rare cheesecake with white chocolate and white wine as secret ingredients. Lemon sauce and whipped cream are layered on top for a refreshing taste as well.

Pistachio and Fig Cake - Made with Fukuoka-grown Toyomitsuhime -

The green and red colors of this cake brighten up the showcase during the Christmas season. The top part is pistachio mousse, and the bottom part is layered with Toyomitsuhime (figs produced exclusively in Fukuoka Prefecture), red wine jelly with an adult flavor, and berry custard.

Christmas Stollen

: Stollen baked with rum raisins, cranberries, green raisins, oranges, and walnuts in a buttery dough. The sliced cross section is gorgeous, and the flavor of the fruit inside can be enjoyed as it gradually transfers to the dough.
