Cafe Japanese Style Doria with Mentaiko Mochi Cheese and Omdoria

with Chicken and Ratatouille Two new items from the "Exe Gohan" food menu series will be available from Excelsior Cafe. The "Mentaiko Mochi Cheese Japanese Style Doria" and "Chicken and Ratatouille Omelette Doria" will be available from April 20, 2023.

Japanese Style Doria "Mentaiko Mochi Cheese Japanese Style Doria" is the first Japanese style doria in the EXE Gohan series. Mentaiko (cod roe) and mochi (rice cake) are the main ingredients. The richness of the white sauce, mentaiko (cod roe) flavor, and saltiness of the cheese combine to create a creamy taste, and the mochi (rice cake) gives the dish a sticky texture. The crunchy topping of mitsuba (mitsuba leaves) adds a refreshing aroma to the dish. The change in taste and texture can also be enjoyed.

Omelette Doria "Chicken and Ratatouille Omelette Doria" is a renewed version of the traditional "Omelette Doria" menu. Ratatouille, a colorful vegetable stew with tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, and bell peppers, and grilled chicken are used to give the dish a more filling texture. Broccoli and cheese sauce are used as toppings to create a visually vibrant doria.
