Ingredients
1 sheet of hanpen (dried fish cake)4 green peppers
2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 g bonito flakes
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Directions
1) Cut Hanpen into bite-sized dice. Wash bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and cut into bite-size cubes.Put sesame oil in a frying pan, add bell pepper and saute over medium heat.
When the peppers turn bright green, add the hanpen and stir-fry. Do not stir too much with chopsticks, but brown the sides of the hanpen.
Sprinkle soy sauce over the top, add bonito flakes, and stir-fry briefly.
