Jolly Pasta will introduce a new sweet treat, "Glass Parfait - Pistachio Sauce & Mascarpone Cream". It will be available at all Jolly Pasta stores from April 21 to the end of May. The price is 539 yen per piece (tax included).

Glass Parfait - Pistachio Sauce & Mascarpone Cream

Pistachio sauce, sponge cake, custard cream, and whipped cream are layered in a glass. It is topped with rich pistachio gelato certified by the Italian Gelato Association, mixed berries, and a smooth mascarpone cream.

A green pistachio sauce, which is served separately, is added afterwards to give the nut a unique savory flavor. This dish is suitable for tea time or as an after-dinner dessert.
