How does the hijiki and chicken salad taste?

The salty taste of soy sauce brings together the aroma of the seashore, the refined flavor of chicken, and the refreshing flavor of edamame (green soybeans). The flavor of Japanese soup stock and the aroma of sesame seeds add depth to the taste. The edamame, which still retains its texture, adds a nice accent to the overall moist texture of the dish.
