Taiwanese Sponge Cake Whip & Custard" is an adaptation of the trendy Taiwanese sponge cake. The sponge cake dough has a light and fluffy texture that melts in your mouth, and is sandwiched between whipped cream made with pure Hokkaido raw cream and a rich custard mousse. This hearty and satisfying sweet is available at all Mini Stop stores nationwide from March 8. The price is 305 yen (tax included).
