Cafe Commeza will be selling "White Tiramisu Shortcake with White Strawberries" for two days only, February 22 and 23, to celebrate "Shortcake Day" in February.

White Tiramisu Shortcake with White Strawberries

Cafe Comsa has designated the 22nd of every month as "Shortcake Day". This is because the 15th day of the month is on top of the 22nd day of the month on the calendar, and strawberries (the 15th day) are on top of the 22nd day of the month.

The "White Tiramisu Shortcake with White Strawberries," which will be available in February, is made with plenty of rare white strawberries, which are characterized by their low acidity, pleasant aroma, and slightly gentle sweetness. It is combined with mascarpone cream, which is a perfect match. The sponge of this limited edition cake is soaked in espresso and finished in the style of tiramisu. The price is 1,800 yen per piece (tax included).

The Ginza store will use white strawberries from the Banno Farm in Heguri, Nara Prefecture. The Ginza store has a different price and design.
