Shortcake made with carefully selected home-cooked bean paste (grain bean paste, koshi bean paste, chestnut bean paste) cooked in "Hakushu Meisui" flowing in the Southern Alps. Sandwich with whipped cream with red bean paste with black honey sponge, water yokan with red bean paste, sweet natto from Hokkaido azuki beans, and chestnut bean paste. The surface is finished with whipped cream and decorated with red bean paste, strawberries, blueberries, oranges and kiwifruit. The price is 370 yen.


・ Respect for the Aged Day Kyoto Uji Matcha Tiramisu
On a moist sponge, layer Uji Matcha sauce with Western sake, sweet natto of Hokkaido red beans, and Tiramisu cream using Hokkaido mascarpone cheese, and whipped cream and Uji matcha. Sweets luxuriously decorated with powder and gold powder. The rich tiramisu cream and the bittersweet Uji matcha go great together. The price is 370 yen.

A high-quality namagashi made by wrapping home-cooked white bean paste in soft snow flat dough and adding two colors of white and red Neri-kiri bean paste. Tomo's gray hair has the meaning of "I want you to live long until you grow gray hair together." The price is 150 yen.
