Respect for the Aged Day Azuki and chestnut shortcake

A shortcake that combines three types of home-cooked bean paste and fruits cooked using Hakushu famous water. Sandwich with whipped cream flavored with red bean paste, water yokan with red bean paste, and chestnut bean paste with a black honey sponge. It is decorated with colorful fruits and red bean paste. A namagashi that is perfect for Respect for the Aged Day, which celebrates longevity, with the image of a congratulatory "sea bream". Home-cooked plum bean paste is wrapped in pink Neri-kiri bean paste to create a round sea bream. Released on September 10th. The price is 162 yen.

Respect for the Aged Day Tomo White Hair

A high-quality namagashi made by wrapping home-cooked white bean paste in soft snow flat dough and adding two colors of white and red Neri-kiri bean paste.
