Ingredients

4 chikuwa
about 120g (4.23oz) thinly sliced pork belly
8 shiso leaves
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salad oil
Green onion, to taste

Directions

Wash shiso leaves and wrap 2 shiso leaves around each chikuwa. It's okay if they don't stick together. 2.

Wrap the pork around the shiso leaves and repeat from one end to the other, adding another piece of pork if there is a break in the wrapping.
