Seven products supervised by the popular yakiniku restaurant "Yakiniku Toraji" will go on sale at LAWSON on February 8. This is the third collaboration between the two restaurants, which were realized in the hope that customers can enjoy the taste of the specialty restaurant even under the Corona.

Yugkejang Kbappa under the supervision of Yakiniku Toraji

Yukkejang Kuppa topped with spinach, royal fern namul, green onion, carrot, chives, minced beef, and egg. The soup, characterized by its flavor and spiciness, is made from beef bones, gochujang (red pepper paste), miso, and other ingredients. The price is 598 yen (tax included).

Kinshari Onigiri Yakiniku Toraji supervised Kuroge Wagyu Beef Ribs

Onigiri with a soy sauce-based sauce sweetened with sangen sugar and mildly flavored Japanese black beef. Gochujang (red pepper paste) and sesame oil are added for a sweet and spicy flavor. The carrot namul inside is accented with a textural accent. The price is 248 yen.

Yakiniku buns supervised by Yakiniku Toraji

The beef inside is seasoned with a sweet soy sauce-based sauce made from garlic, ginger, green onion, red wine, sesame oil, etc., based on Yakiniku Toraji's fir sauce. Onions are added to the middle ingredient to accentuate the texture. The price is 198 yen.

Kara-Age Kun - Yakiniku Tare Flavor supervised by Yakiniku Toraji

KARAAGE-KUN is seasoned with a sweet soy sauce-based sauce that combines garlic, ginger, and other ingredients, and has a secret flavor of red wine. The total number of flavors released to date is 319, including this product. The price is 216 yen. Not available at Natural Lawson stores.

Choyimen Yugkejang Noodles under the supervision of Toraji Yakiniku

Small volume type yukkejang noodles topped with sweet and spicy beef minced ribs, bean sprouts and daikon radish namul. The soup is made from beef bones, gochujang (red pepper paste), miso, and other seasonings, and is combined with resilient flat noodles. The price is 399 yen.

Komutan Soup (with glutinous barley) supervised by Toraji Yakiniku

Eating soup based on beef bone broth extracted by simmering for more than 8 hours, with amazake added for richness. It has a mild and refreshing taste. Toppings include beef shoulder, green onion, egg, and sesame seeds. Price: 399 yen.

Colored Vegetable Salad supervised by Yakiniku Toraji

This salad was developed in the image of the "4th generation Toraji Salad," which is also popular at our restaurants. It features crispy fried vegetables (lotus root and burdock root). The non-oil flavored Japanese dressing is combined with grated ginger and grated apple. Price: 340 yen.
