Sizzler Autumn Fair-Grilled Kyoto Duck-

"Autumn Fair-Grilled Kyogamo-" will be held in Sizzler. "Grilled Kyoto duck" and "Autumn surf & turf special of Kyoto duck and salmon" will be on sale for a limited time from October 8th to November 30th.

The brand Ai duck meat "Kyogamo", which has no peculiarity and is soft lean and fat, is baked on a high-temperature grill and oven to bring out the flavor. Kyogamo is a trademark of Yamashiro Agricultural Products, which was registered and approved in 1987. The British Cherry Valley duck is 100% directly managed from hatching to breeding and meat.

Grilled duck

"Kyoduck Grill" is simply grilled in a high-temperature grill and oven without slicing duck meat. The selling price is 7,590 yen for one salad bar (tax included, same below), and 9,790 yen for two salad bars.

A dish where you can enjoy the unique texture, softness, and umami. Start with a balsamic-based sauce, then add Dijon mustard or sea salt to your liking. The weight of Kyoto duck before firing is about 350g (12.35oz).

Autumn surf & turf special of Kyoto duck and salmon

"Kyogamo and Salmon Autumn Surf & Turf Special" is a dish where you can enjoy grilled Kyoduck and Atlantic salmon, which is a popular Sizzler seafood menu. The selling price is 8,690 yen for one salad bar and 10,890 yen for two salad bars.

You can choose the sauce for salmon. A large brown mash mur "Pot Bella" is used for garnishing, which is thick and rich in flavor. The weight of Kyoduck before firing is about 350g (12.35oz).
