The brand Ai duck meat "Kyogamo", which has no peculiarity and is soft lean and fat, is baked on a high-temperature grill and oven to bring out the flavor. Kyogamo is a trademark of Yamashiro Agricultural Products, which was registered and approved in 1987. The British Cherry Valley duck is 100% directly managed from hatching to breeding and meat.

"Kyoduck Grill" is simply grilled in a high-temperature grill and oven without slicing duck meat. The selling price is 7,590 yen for one salad bar (tax included, same below), and 9,790 yen for two salad bars.
