From the desire to prepare a lunch menu where you can enjoy "autumn of appetite", a plan that allows you to enjoy roast beef for 90 minutes as much as you like has appeared. Roast beef made from Australian beef loin is moisturized and softened by marinating about 4 kg of chunks of meat with salt, pepper and olive oil overnight and then slowly heating it at low temperature for 90 minutes. Served with homemade gravy sauce, horseradish, roasted Awaji onions and potatoes.


All-you-can-eat roast beef, salad, soup, bread or rice is "free refills" for 90 minutes. The staff will bring you to your seat as many times as you like. For dessert, hotel-made cakes will be prepared (one plate for each person). Drinks include coffee, tea, latte, cappuccino, coca cola, ginger ale and more at the drink bar where you can enjoy your favorite dessert.
