"Meat Bar Camo Shottanegi", a restaurant where you can enjoy "organic wine and duck dishes", opened in Shinbashi, Tokyo on November 8th.

For the duck dish on the signboard menu, we use the loin of "Musashi duck" from Saitama prefecture, which is characterized by its rich taste. The fat of duck meat has a lower melting point than beef, pork, and chicken, so it melts in the mouth and the more you chew it, the more delicious it feels.

The Western skewered dish "Brochette", which is made by sticking meat and vegetables on a silver skewer, includes "duck meat and green onions" (500 yen, tax not included, same below), homemade "duck meat Tsukune" (400 yen), and , "Duck foie gras" (600 yen), etc. are prepared.

The "Garlic oil pot of Takeshu duck and green onions" (2,580 yen), which is a moist and juicy confit of duck meat and green onions arranged in an "oil pot", is also a noteworthy dish. Garlic oil seems to enhance the light salty taste. Special menu only for winter.
