Autumn limited edition of the "Matsukado Bento" series, where you can enjoy kaiseki cuisine and enjoy the unique contents of the season. In addition to pre-order sales at about 150 stores mainly in Kanagawa and Tokyo, over-the-counter sales without reservations are also available at about 50 stores in the Tokyo area and about 40 stores in the Kanagawa area.

The rice is "Matsutake mushroom rice". The umami and aroma are trapped in the plumply finished matsutake mushroom cooked rice, and four thick "matsutake mushroom simmered" are placed on it. The mountain auction has an elegant scent. Autumn leaves type carrots are also used.

The Japanese product is "Japanese-style ginger and bean paste with eggplant, maitake mushrooms and paprika." Deep-fried eggplant, maitake mushrooms, and paprika with a tough texture are mixed with a glossy Japanese-style bean paste, and the scent of ginger is scented.

There are two types of pottery. "Akitou no Watayaki" is fragrantly baked with a rich sauce made from fatty seasonal saury. Bittersweet is an accent. "Atsuyaki Tamago" allows you to enjoy a slightly sweet taste of Tamagoyaki.

The fried food is "Sweet potato tempura". You can enjoy the natural sweetness and chewy texture of sweet potatoes that make you feel autumn.

There are also two types of steamed foods. "Old-fashioned shumai" is a bite-sized product that combines pork and dried scallops, and comes in two pieces. "Ginkgo skewer" is a plump steamed seasonal ginkgo that you can enjoy with a simple salty taste.

There are 5 types of simmered dishes: "Chicken Yoshino simmered", "Pumpkin simmered", "Hasune white simmered", "Ginseng simmered" and "Shiitake mushroom simmered". Each is tailored soaked in umami and soup stock.

The incense is "Fuyu persimmon and Kintoki carrot sesame seeds". Fuyu persimmon with strong sweetness and Kintoki carrot, which is characterized by its strong taste, are refreshingly finished with sesame vinegar.

The sweetness is "Kuri-kinton Daifuku". Daifuku with a gentle sweetness wrapped in chestnut bean paste.
