Colombin seasonal sweets

From the Western confectionery Colombin, four seasonal sweets will be on sale from August 27th to September 23rd. A four-item lineup of "apple tart," "tea and chocolate mousse," "pumpkin Mont Blanc," and "mocarol."

Apple tart

A tart made by wrapping a marinated Jonathan apple from Aomori prefecture with a mellow diplomat cream that is a blend of fresh cream and custard cream. The almond cream spread on the tart dough also contains diced apples. The price is 594 yen (tax included).

Tea and chocolate mousse

A glossy cake with layers of black tea brulee and milk chocolate mousse wrapped in chocolate napage. The rich aroma of Earl Gray and the gentle taste of milk chocolate. The price is 540 yen (tax included).

Pumpkin mont blanc

A mousse of white chocolate and apples wrapped in apple jelly is layered on the sable dough, and the cream of Ebisu pumpkin from Hokkaido is squeezed to wrap the mousse. Pumpkins, apples and chocolates are a perfect match. The price is 594 yen (tax included).

Mocarol

Butter cream blended with coffee is rolled up with a soft and moist dough, and pike lamb is decorated around the cake. Colombin's long-selling product. The length is about 12 cm and the price is 1,080 yen (tax included).
