Protein Jelly
Ingredients
5 g gelatin20ml (0.68us fl oz) water
230 ml protein shake
Method of preparation
Heat 20ml (0.68us fl oz) of water and dissolve the gelatin well.Add one scoop of protein to 230 ml of water. Mix the resulting protein into the previously dissolved gelatin.
Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate. When the desired consistency is reached, it is ready to serve!
Tasting
This time, we used chocolate flavored protein. The gelatin gives it a more dessert-like texture, so it can be eaten as a guilt-free snack during muscle training or dieting.
