"Meiji Hokkaido Tokachi Raw Mozzarella" is a natural cheese (raw cheese) with lactic acid bacteria alive. It is finished with a feeling of milk by a manufacturing method that maximizes the deliciousness of raw milk produced in Hokkaido. In addition, we used an aluminum-deposited film with excellent light-shielding properties so that mozzarella cheese, whose freshness is vital, can always be delivered in a fresh state.
