The seasonal burger "Gracro" will be on sale from December 15th at Komeda Coffee.
GracroKomeda's winter classic "Gracro" is here. This year's gratin croquet white sauce uses more types of cheese, fresh cream, and Hokkaido milk. It is even richer and creamier.
Five types of cheese are used, including Gouda cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and Edam cheese. The product boasts a rich white sauce that adds the deep richness and flavor of cheese to the creamy taste of fresh cream and Hokkaido milk. Wrap the hot gratin in a crispy garment, simmer it slowly and entwined with Komeda's special domiglace sauce that brings out the flavor of the vegetables, and sandwich it with cabbage in the buns. If you like, sprinkle with pepper sauce to enjoy a crisp and firm taste.
The price of the Grand Cross is 580 yen to 610 yen (tax included). Prices vary by store. Scheduled to be sold until the end of February. Some stores are not available.
