The Spring / Summer Grand Menu will be revised with Jolly Pasta. Starting from April 1st, pizza for enjoying cheese, Bolognese without tomato sauce, and spring-like meat dishes will be available.

Pizza cheese & cheese

"Pizza Cheese & Cheese" is the most cheese-filled pizza in Jolly-Pasta history. A cheese-covered dish with mozzarella cheese and mixed cheese placed on top of white sauce and baked, and then covered with plenty of cheese so that the dough cannot be seen.

The crispy texture of the thin Roman pizza and the chewy texture of the melty cheese go well together, and the mellow taste is a good accent.

Melty cheese

"Toro-ri cheese" is a cheese topping that can be applied to pasta, pizza, and appetizers. When you order, it will be delivered with the food. Fresh cream is combined with mixed cheese and cheese fondue sauce to add a thick texture and richness. It has a taste that goes well with tomato-based sauces, cream-based sauces, and minced meat sauces. There is also a "Torori Cheese (Double)" that you can enjoy twice as much, and you can choose the amount you like.

Bolognese white bolognese

"Bolognese-style white Bolognese" is a new pasta. Bolognese, which is seasoned with tomatoes and red wine, has become established in Japan, but this time it is tailored so that you can simply enjoy the taste of meat without using tomato sauce.

Grated beef ragout sauce, potatoes and shimeji mushrooms are finished with a spicy peperoncino sauce of chili peppers. The meat stewed with herbs, rosemary and flavored vegetables is characterized by a refreshing aroma and a juicy taste that slips through your nose.

Pork confit

"Pork Confit-Garlic Sauce of Colorful Vegetables-" is a pork shoulder loin that has been slowly cooked at low temperature. It has a soft and juicy taste, and is finished with a spicy sauce using garlic and olive oil. Furthermore, it is colored with broccoli, eggplant, and red and yellow paprika, making it a dish that makes you feel spring. This dish is suitable when you want an appetizer or another dish.
