"Jiuqu / Honey Remon" is a flavored amazake made from rice and rice bran, which is a blend of lemon juice and honey. A pleasant citrus scent, lemon acidity, and a rich floral scent spread in the aftertaste. Although it is a straight type, you can also enjoy arranging it by dividing it with milk or soy milk.

The raw materials are rice (domestic), rice bran (domestic rice), lemon juice (Setouchi), and honey (domestic). This product uses lemon juice from Setouchi (Hiroshima Prefecture) and domestic tochi honey. Honey such as cherry blossoms and acacia also have different characteristics depending on the type of flower. When blending with sweet amazake, it was important to match the sweetness of rice-derived amazake. On the other hand, I want you to insist on the unique scent of honey. When comparing multiple honeys, the one that best met the conditions was horse chestnut honey.
