Setouchi Lemon and Tofu Cheesecake

"Setouchi Lemon and Tofu Cheesecake" is a limited edition product where you can fully enjoy the refreshing acidity of lemon. The upper layer is Setouchi lemon jelly. You can feel the sourness and umami unique to Setouchi Lemon. Lemon peel and kabosu peel for toppings. The aroma of Kabosu is also combined, and if you eat it together, it will have a richer flavor.

Tofu cheesecake using Setouchi lemon puree is used for the lower layer. It is based on the popular product "Tofu Cheesecake" at Funabashiya Koyomi. A dish made by mixing cream cheese and tofu has the flavor of tofu and can be eaten more refreshingly than ordinary cheesecake.
