FamilyMart "Tiramisu Taiyaki

We tried FamilyMart's "Tiramisu Taiyaki". The fish-shaped dough is filled with chocolate, coffee, and cheese flavored bean paste. It can be enjoyed cold or hot.


The slightly blackish taiyaki dough is filled with two colors of red bean paste, black and white. Mascarpone cheese is also used for the bean paste.


When cut into pieces, the color of the cross section is somewhat reminiscent of a cake. The instructions say that you can either refrigerate it or heat it up in a microwave oven.
