The Croissant Taiyaki is an original taiyaki developed by Hotland, with 24 layers of special dough covering a generous amount of sweet homemade red bean paste. The surface of the dough is caramelized by adding coarse lamella to one side of the dough and baking it from both sides at once in a special equipment, resulting in a unique "crispy" texture.
