At the Shiseido Parlor Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe, limited menus such as "Matcha and Hojicha Parfait" and "Loquat Parfait from Oseto District, Nagasaki Prefecture" will be on sale from May 1st to May 30th. A lineup of desserts that are perfect for the refreshing season.

"Matcha and Hojicha Parfait" is a Japanese-style parfait that uses Hojicha ice cream, matcha sorbet, and traditional vanilla ice cream. Warabi mochi, shiratama, and fruits are added to make it colorful in early summer. The price is 2,200 yen (tax included, same below).


"Loquat parfait from Oseto district, Nagasaki prefecture" is a parfait made from loquat that grows in a tree that has a mellow taste as the years go by. You can enjoy the elegant sweetness of loquat that is fresh and moisturized. The price is 2,500 yen.


"Strawberry parfait of" Ascarby "produced in Higashimiyoshi-cho, Miyoshi-gun, Tokushima Prefecture" is a parfait that uses strawberry "Ascarby" as a source, which has a beautiful color like the red shining jewel "Ruby". The price is 2,000 yen.


"Special Strawberry Parfait of" Echigohime "produced in Shibata City, Niigata Prefecture" is a parfait of Niigata Prefecture's original strawberry "Echigohime" that was raised by storing nutrients in the weather conditions of a snowy country. The characteristic surface is a proof of the softness of the flesh, and you can enjoy fragrant and juicy strawberries. The price is 2,500 yen.


"Souffle fromage and chocolate combination" is the first "sweets burger" at the Ginza main store Salon de Cafe. The souffle fromage is likened to buns and finished in a burger style. The price is 2,100 yen with a drink.


"Shiseido Parlor Story" is a limited number of Hachette desserts where you can enjoy the traditional menu and seasonal menu of the Ginza main store Salon de Cafe at the same time. A combination of mini strawberry parfait, mini custard pudding, mini chocolate parfait, pine compote, matcha mont blanc, vanilla mousse, biwa jelly and seasonal fruits. The price is 2,600 yen with a drink.
