As home time increases, we are developing two Japanese parfaits that incorporate the recently popular "tea" and "warabimochi" as sweets that can be easily purchased at supermarkets. Both use high-grade tea leaves made by Marushichi, which was founded in 1907 (Meiji 40). We have newly developed a dice-shaped warabimochi using this bracken starch, which is fully used for the middle layer and toppings.

"Cream Matcha Warabimochi Parfait" uses matcha from Shizuoka prefecture, which has a high fragrance of Marushichi tea. Matcha warabimochi dice with smooth and chewy genuine warabi powder is used for the middle layer and toppings, and the warabimochi toppings have different textures. The fragrant soybean flour mousse and the matcha mousse with a refreshing sweetness are combined.
