Rich Franboise Cheese Tart

Franboise jam and puree are mixed with a well-balanced mixture of cream cheese, which is mainly selected from Hokkaido, to give it a unique flavor and texture. The richness of cream cheese and the sweet and sour taste of Franboise are a perfect match.


The cookie dough is a gorgeous red color associated with the image of Franboise. In order to make the texture more crispy, it is "baked twice" once with the tart and once with the mousse. The bittersweet flavor of the dough kneaded with cocoa powder goes well with the Franboise cheese mousse.


For toppings, we use pure fruit powder that is freeze-dried Franboise and does not contain additives or sugar. The bright red of Franboise and the mellow flavor add to the deep flavor.
