The "Christmas Fair 2nd" will be held from December 1st to 25th at the well-established bakeries "Donq" and "Joan". Various types of bread will appear on the table during this period.

As the first step, new bread will be sold in addition to traditional European sweets made by Donk artisans from November. The contents and selling prices of each are as follows. All notations include tax.

Donk

Macaron au Franboise

"Macaron o Franboise" is 314 yen. The sweet and sour taste of Franboise jam is accentuated by the slightly sweet and soft bread. The texture of the walnuts on top is an accent.

Cream cheese and cranberries

"Cream cheese and cranberries" is 249 yen. Bread with cranberries and walnuts wrapped in cream cheese and sweet and sour raspberry jam and baked.

Berry tart

"Berry tart" is 281 yen for 1/6 cut. A bright berry tart that decorates the Christmas table. A well-balanced dish with the richness of almond cream and custard cream and the acidity of berries.

Chicken fricassee

"Chicken Fricassee" is 281 yen. A dish that is perfect for winter when a cream stew with grilled chicken and mushrooms is wrapped and baked, reminiscent of French home cooking.

Bacon pref

"Bacon pref" is 314 yen. Bacon, tomatoes and onions are sandwiched between crispy bread topped with cheese.

Lardo fromage

"Lardo Fromage" is 605 yen for 1 piece and 303 yen for 1/2 piece. An appetizing dish of diced bacon and two types of cheese. You can enjoy it with your meal or as it is.

Beef stew made with red wine

"Red wine-style beef stew-two kinds of cheese-" is 303 yen. A rich beef stew made with red wine, topped with fondue sauce, Gouda cheese, and mozarella cheese and baked.

Pan de Aligot

"Pan de Aligot" is 281 yen. An arrangement of traditional French dish Aligot with cheese based on potatoes. Mozzarella and Gouda cheese are combined to give it a slightly garlic flavor.

Joan

Two kinds of berry tart

"Two kinds of berry tart" is 1,944 yen per piece, and 1/6 cut is 324 yen. A tart with the image of Christmas with two kinds of berries. Enjoy a combination of custard, almond cream and sweet and sour berries.

Brioche Lune

"Brioche Lune" is 324 yen. Brioche where you can enjoy the bittersweetness of orange peel and the acidity of cranberries in the gentle sweetness of white chocolate. Walnuts are the accent of the texture.

Spinach and bacon quiche

"Spinach and bacon quiche" is 303 yen. Specialty in the Alsace-Lorraine region of northeastern France. In addition to spinach and bacon, this quiche offers the flavors of potatoes, mushrooms and onions.

Fromage et Zolive

"Fromage et Zolive" is 648 yen for one piece and 324 yen for 1/2 piece. Mozzarella cheese, red cheddar and green olives are added and baked. You can enjoy it with salad or soup at the Christmas table.

Hachis Parmentier

"Hachis Parmentier" is 270 yen. An arrangement of French home-cooked food. Meat sauce, mashed potatoes, and cheese go well together.

Beef stew of colorful vegetables

"Colorful vegetable beef stew" is 303 yen. Beef stew made with red wine and colorful vegetables are combined and baked.
