BAKE CHEESE TART, a freshly baked cheese tart specialty store, will release "Strawberry Milk Cheese Tart" and "Strawberry and Raspberry Cheese Terrine" on February 15.

Strawberry Milk Cheese Tart

This cheese tart combines sweet and sour strawberries with mellow condensed milk. The cheese mousse contains strawberry juice made from Fukuoka Prefecture's Amao and strawberry puree with a refreshing sour taste, and the milkiness of condensed milk is added to create a well-balanced taste. The topping is made of freeze-dried strawberries and powdered sugar to give it a spring-like appearance. Of the strawberry ingredients used, the ratio of Amao strawberries is 45%.


The price is 320 yen per piece (tax included). Available from February 15 to April 20 (until they run out).

Available at all BAKE CHEESE TART stores in Japan, BAKE CHEESE TART plus RINGO Lazona Kawasaki, and BAKE the SHOP Jiyugaoka and Shinsaibashi stores. BAKE the SHOP will be on sale from March 1 to March 31.

Strawberry and raspberry cheese terrine

This bright pink terrine is made with cream cheese, fromage blanc, strawberry powder, strawberry and raspberry puree. The strawberry pulp is arranged in the center of the dough so that you can see the strawberry pulp when you cut it, giving it a fruity and colorful taste. The cookie dough base is kneaded with rhubarb to add a bittersweet accent.


The price is 3,200 yen per bottle (tax included). Available from February 15 to March 12, and will be available until the end of March only at BAKE THE ONLINE.
