・ Kiln-baked double cream puff (Matcha zenzai from Kagoshima prefecture) 380 yen (tax included, same below)
A hearty Japanese-style cream puff with matcha custard cream from Kagoshima prefecture, red bean paste, red bean paste, and chantery cream squeezed into a kiln-baked shoe case. The shiratama with a chewy texture is an accent. It will be released sequentially from April 2nd.
・ Strawberry flower butter cake 440 yen
A flower-inspired butter cake with yellow peach and apple pickled in syrup and strawberry cream sandwiched between them. Domestic strawberries are also displayed, and it is finished in a gorgeous design that is perfect for spring celebrations. It will be released sequentially from April 3rd.
・ Hokkaido soybean kinako and black honey cake 440 yen
A cake with kinako cream and black honey sauce layered on a chocolate sponge. Accented with kinako chocolate cream with a crunchy texture. Japanese sweets decorated with black beans from Tamba. It will be released sequentially from April 5th.
・ Kumamoto prefecture sweet summer tart 520 yen
A cake with whipped cream and sweet summer syrup pickled in Kumamoto prefecture on a tart stand baked by layering cheese souffle dough on biscuit dough. A refreshing tart that you can enjoy a sweet and sour taste. Released sequentially from April 12th.
