At each Chateraise store, a new textured shaved ice bar "Soft Ice Bar Chocolat & 4 Kinds of Cheese" will be released sequentially from March 12th.

"Soft ice bar chocolate & 4 kinds of cheese" is a new texture ice cream that is inspired by the authentic shaved ice sweets of a specialty store. The soft-textured shaved ice, which is a combination of the ice cream of Hakushu Meishui in the Southern Alps and the rich cheese ice cream mixed with black cookies, is wrapped in a slightly bitter chocolate candy using Belgian couverture.

Mascarpone, cream cheese, Gouda, and Parmesan cheese are used for cheese ice cream. By using 4 kinds of cheese, you can enjoy the pleasant texture of ice in the ice with the heavy flavor of cheese.

At the same time, "Soft Ice Bar Amaou Strawberry" will be released at the same time. The ice cream of Hakushu famous water in the Southern Alps and the soft textured shaved ice mixed with strawberry pulp are wrapped in sweet and sour fruity strawberry ice cream using Amaou puree.


Both "Soft Ice Bar Chocolat & 4 Kinds of Cheese" and "Soft Ice Bar Amaou Strawberry" are priced at 86 yen (tax included) per bottle and 432 yen (tax included) for 6 bottles.
