Ingredients (2 servings)
1 avocado1/2 leek
1/2 teaspoon chicken broth (granulated)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil
White sesame seeds and baked seaweed to taste
Directions
Finely chop green onion. Place in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap and microwave (500W) for 1 minute.
Add the chicken broth and salt to the removed green onions, dissolve with heat, and stir in the sesame oil. This completes the sauce.

Cut the edible part of the avocado into cubes and mix with the sauce.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with torn grilled nori and white sesame seeds.
