As a community-based initiative of FamilyMart, "Oyakodon", which is particular about the soup stock that is loved in the area, has appeared. "Dashi scented! Fluffy egg oyakodon" is on sale at about 2,600 stores in the Kansai region, and "Tsuyudaku oyakodon" is on sale at about 1,100 stores in the Kyushu region and part of Yamaguchi prefecture from January 12th.
"Dashi scent! Fluffy egg oyakodon" uses kelp, dried bonito flakes, and mackerel broth for the soup stock, which is the decisive factor for the taste, and is tailored to scent softly the moment the lid is opened. The soup is made by combining light soy sauce and mirin, which are often used in the Kansai region, with the soup stock to give it a slightly sweet flavor. A dish that combines fluffy eggs, egg yolk sauce, and egg whites to suit the taste of Kansai, who loves eggs.
The price is 417 yen (excluding tax). Available at approximately 2,600 stores in the Kansai region (Osaka, Kyoto, Shiga, Nara, Wakayama, Hyogo).
"Tsuyudaku Oyakodon" uses "chin soup stock" that uses grilled chin, which is familiar in the Kyushu region, as the soup stock that is the decisive factor for the taste, as well as mackerel and shiitake mushrooms. Kyushu soy sauce and sugar are added to the soup stock, which is the decisive factor for the soup, and seasoned with "sweetness" according to the taste of Kyushu. It is more generously finished than the current "Fluffy Egg Oyakodon".
