The first "raw tuna" is provided as a raw tuna that has never been frozen since it was landed, which is called the king of tuna. Since raw tuna does not contain water or umami, you can enjoy the moist texture and the original rich umami of this tuna. It is traded at a high price due to its rarity and difficulty in maintaining freshness, but this time for the first time in the history of Kappa Sushi, we have secured the amount that can be offered at 68 stores (Tohoku limited) at the same time. At each store, the fence is removed from the block and each piece is carefully cut to maximize the freshness and bring out the deliciousness of raw tuna. The price is 300 yen (excluding tax) for 2 pieces. * Medium and large fatty tuna cannot be selected.


The second "Uni Ikura W Tsutsumi" is a gorgeous dish with "Uni" and "Ikura" wraps lined up. "Sea urchin" and "how much" are served in large quantities that are likely to overflow from the sushi rice. The price is 280 yen (excluding tax) for 2 pieces.
