"Teriyaki bento from Kinko Bay, Kagoshima Prefecture" is a bento made from yellowtail from Kinko Bay, Kagoshima Prefecture, and packed with rice and other side dishes. Raised in Kinko Bay, where the aquaculture industry is flourishing in clean seawater, it uses a fat and plump yellowtail. It is finished with a sweet and spicy soy sauce sauce. Eggplant and sweet pepper tempura is also included.
