From Kobe's long-established store "Hontaka Sunaya" (high is a different character), "Kintsuba an Fille Apple Cinnamon" has appeared as a confectionery that combines Japanese and Western styles.

The selling price is 260 yen per piece (excluding tax). The "Kintsuba an Fille" series is a confectionery that is mainly sold in demonstrations that combine Japanese and Western styles, making use of the know-how of "Kintsuba", which is the pride of Hontaka Sunaya. It is made with the cooperation of Mr. Shozo Inoue, a Japanese confectionery Kobe master, and Mr. Yoshikazu Takasugi, a chef of Western confectionery "Mikage Takasugi" and a manager of the product development department of Hontakasaya. In addition to standard flavors such as "chocolate caramel," "rum raisins," and "criimo," flavors for a limited time are also available.

The flavor "Apple Cinnamon" is a crispy pie with apple cinnamon butter, and is sandwiched between mellow chestnut potato paste and fresh apples with a pleasant crispy texture. It is a dish with cinnamon powder as an accent.
