From Morinaga & Co.'s "Morinaga Amazake", "Zunda Amazake" using Zunda bean paste will be released on November 25th. Sold in the Tohoku area for a limited time until February. The price is 115 yen per bottle (excluding tax). It will end as soon as it runs out.

"Zunda Amazake" to be released this time is a sweet sake that makes use of each flavor so that you can feel the balance of Zunda, sake lees, and rice jiuqu, with carefully selected domestic sake lees and rice jiuqu, and the fluffy scent of zunda bean paste. A special manufacturing method has achieved a smooth mouthfeel and a mild taste derived from zunda bean paste. You can feel the flavor of sake lees and the gentle sweetness of rice jiuqu, and the quality is tailored to be easy to drink for both amazake lovers and those who are new to amazake.

Amazake is attracting attention as a food made from fermented ingredients that can replenish energy and is popular. In particular, the Tohoku region is a region where per capita consumption of amazake is extremely high. Therefore, we wanted to launch a new amazake unique to the Tohoku region that people in the Tohoku region could enjoy, and we developed amazake using the Tohoku region's local cuisine, Zunda.
