Mita Noodle Factory "Tsukemen with plenty of vegetables" "Tom Yum Kung Tsukemen" "Kasutsukemen"

From the Tsukemen specialty store "Mita Seimensho", a new limited-time menu using "thin noodles" has appeared. The contents vary from region to region, and "Tsukemen with plenty of vegetables" is sold in Kanto and Hiroshima, "Tom Yum Kung Tsukemen" in Tokai, and "Kasutsukemen" in Osaka. All are available until December 15th.

The selling price is 850 yen for all three types (tax included, same below). Speaking of Tsukemen from Mita Noodles, I get the impression that they are thick noodles, but this time they are all made into a cup that you can enjoy with a new sense of thin noodles.

Limited to Kanto and Hiroshima, Tanmen with plenty of vegetables is a relaxing cup of light yuzu salt-based soup with plenty of vegetables.

Tom Yum Kung Tsukemen, which is limited to Tokai, features a soup with shrimp stock that has the motif of the popular Thai dish "Tom Yum Kung". It has an exotic taste with a complex taste that is spicy and sour. As a topping, you can order "Coriander" for an additional 100 yen.

In addition, Osaka-only Kasutsukemen is a soup with the motif of Osaka's famous "Kasuudon", which has a rich flavor. You can enjoy it with smooth thin noodles.
