It was announced on the official website that the traditional French confectionery "Pain d'epices" suitable for the Christmas season will be sold by the patisserie "Frederick Cassel". It will be available for purchase from November 18th at the online shop.

The selling price is 1,512 yen (tax included), and a separate shipping fee will be charged. A classic simple sweet in France, which means spice bread. Frederick Cassel's recipes are more moisturized than traditional ones and are made with a patisserie recipe that balances the aromas of oranges and spices.

The types of spices used are coriander, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and star anise. Almonds and hazelnuts are also added, and the combination of roasted nuts and pearl sugar, which accentuate the texture and taste, creates a winter look.

The expiration date is about 25 days from the date of shipment. The online shop does not support Noshi and gift wrapping.
