2 eggplants, 3 tablespoons of ponzu sauceGochujang 2 tsp

How to make
Mix ingredients other than eggplant in a container to make a sauce.Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces.
Place in a heat-resistant container, wrap and heat in a microwave until tender. 600W 4-5 minutes is a guide.
