At each Sanuki udon chain "Hanamaru Udon", "A lot of ingredients! Butajiru udon", which is perfect for the cold season, will be on sale on November 24th (excluding some stores). Limited time until mid-January 2021.

Since its launch in 2018, "A lot of ingredients! Butajiru udon", which has been well received every year, will be available for a limited time this year as well. Eight kinds of ingredients (pork, onion, radish, carrot, potato, burdock, shiitake mushroom, taste-stained konjac) are used luxuriously. It contains plenty of flavored ingredients and is a satisfying dish.

"Onions" are indispensable for Hanamaru's pork soup udon. By using plenty of grated onions, the natural "sweetness" and "thickness" will increase, resulting in a rich pork soup udon noodles.

The thick pork soup with Shinshu Jiuqu miso and the smooth and chewy Sanuki udon go great together. The mellow and naturally sweet pork soup is delicious enough to make you want to drink the last drop even after you finish eating udon. It is also recommended to sprinkle Shichimi pepper to taste.
