Komeda's winter classic "Gracro". A gem that boasts a rich white sauce that adds the deep richness and flavor of four types of cheese, Gouda cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese, to the creamy taste of Hokkaido cream.

The hot gratin is wrapped in a crispy garment, simmered slowly and entwined with Komeda's special domiglace sauce that brings out the flavor of the vegetables, and sandwiched between cabbage and buns. Sprinkle with pepper sauce if you like and enjoy a crisp and firm taste. A menu that warms your body and soul, perfect for the cold season.

The origin of the name is "gratin croquet". Kuro has two meanings: croquet (“croquette” in English) and black with domiglace sauce (black). The rich gratin rocket entwined with four types of cheese and Komeda's special domiglace sauce go great together. You can enjoy the crispy texture of the batter and the texture of the creamy white sauce at the same time.
