Komeda Coffee Shop Gracro

At each Komeda coffee shop, a new menu "Gracro" will be on sale for a limited time from December 4th to early March. The price including tax is 580 yen to 610 yen (depending on the store).

Gratin is a hamburger featuring a rich gratin croquette made from four types of cheese. Komeda's special domiglace sauce, which is carefully simmered to bring out the flavor of vegetables, and crispy cabbage are combined and sandwiched between buns that have been fermented and baked at low temperature for a long time. The crispy texture of the croquette batter and the creamy mouthfeel of the gratin inside are attractive at the same time.

The menu name Gratin is an abbreviation for "Gratin Crockett". Gracro's "black" has two meanings: "croquet" and "black" in domiglace sauce.

Last year, two types of cheese, Gouda and mozzarella, were used, but this year we added richer cheddar and parmesan. It has a more flavorful and creamy taste.
