Lotus root about 200g (7.05oz)

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sugar

◆ How to make

1. Put chicken in a container or bag and add soy sauce (1 tbsp) and sake. Leave it for about 15 minutes.
