The "Yamaimo Soba Menu" will be on sale from October 6th at the Japanese family restaurant "Tonden" from Hokkaido. "Yamaimo soba" is prepared as one of the "changing soba" that you can enjoy the taste of the four seasons, and it is combined with various menus.

Tonden yam soba is a noodle with a smooth texture and chewy texture that is kneaded with domestic yam. You can enjoy it both warm and cold. In addition, you can enjoy a richer flavor by attaching the grated yam to the attached "Tororo".
